This is a sample demo with seeded data — no real reviews or businesses are connected.

Every rating goes
somewhere useful — never nowhere.

Tap-lah gives every customer a place to be heard, and gives you a private line to fix problems before they become public ones.

How it works

One link. Two destinations.

Customers scan a QR code or tap a link after their visit. Tap-lah handles the rest.

01

Ask once, at the right moment

A short rating prompt, sent right after the visit — table receipt, SMS, or QR code at the counter.

02

Unhappy customers, handled privately

3 stars or fewer opens a private form. The business sees it immediately — Google never does.

03

Happy customers, made public

4–5 stars invites the customer to post the same review to your Google Business Profile in one tap.

The flow

The full path, step by step.

Every tap follows the same route — nothing about where it ends up is left to chance.

FAQ

Common questions.

Still deciding? Here's what most businesses ask before getting a stand.

Can I customize what counts as a low rating?

Yes. By default, 3 stars or fewer route privately and 4–5 go public — but the cutoff is fully configurable per business. Some set it at 2 stars or fewer instead.

Is this against Google's review policies?

No. Every customer can still choose to leave a public review — nothing is blocked. We simply give unhappy customers a faster, private channel to reach you first, which most businesses use to fix issues before they go public.

Do I need to install an app or any software?

No. The NFC stand works out of the box — customers just tap their phone. You manage everything from the web dashboard, nothing to install on your end.

What happens if a customer doesn't leave a rating?

Nothing is recorded. The tap simply opens the rating page — if they close it without picking a star, no feedback is logged and nothing counts against you.

Can I export the feedback and reviews I collect?

Yes. Everything in your dashboard — private feedback and public review activity alike — can be exported at any time.

Can I use this across multiple branches or locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own stand and its own dashboard view, while you can still see combined performance across all locations from one place.

Is customer contact information kept private?

Yes. Contact details a customer optionally leaves with private feedback are visible only to your business — never shared, sold, or published anywhere.

Want to see this running on your own reviews?

We'll set up a live pilot with your actual Google Business Profile — no commitment, no card required.
